Lens Pen

Lens Pen's... These are the best optic cleaners ever. The lens pen has been around forever and now the range has expanded to include, compact camera lenses, mobile phone's, LCD screens and even your precious Digital SLR sensor. The magic of the Lens Pen's is the old school technology of carbon, which is present in the tip and in the cap so that when you put the cap on and give half a twist it replenishes the compound, neat!. Unlike the normal method of a microfibre cloth which works fine once or twice, then accumulates the grease from your hands and gets transferred back onto the lens, the lens pen system provides at least 500 streak free cleans...

Olympus Micro FourThirds

SLR or not SLR?

Tells us what you think.

Most are calling it a 'Compact SLR' but without a mirror, is it an SLR?

Basically for me the R (REFLEX) is no longer relevant. It's the mirror that reflects.
What we're really talking about is a compact camera with interchangeable lenses. But don't let the mention of a 'compact' camera dampen the enthusiasm. We'll retain the same recording element, micro FourThirds does not refer to a 'micro sensor'. We're looking at a much smaller body with smaller lenses and an electronic viewfinder.
This should have happened years ago.
